[opportunities] Consultancy-Two National Consultants for Project Preparation

Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 02 National Consultants to support the project preparation of "Energy Efficiency Improvement in Commercial and High-Rise Residential Buildings in Viet Nam" project, including:

*             01 National Consultant for Policy and Project Formulation; and
*             01 National Consultant for Energy Efficiency Building

The assignment is to undertake relevant review and analyses to provide inputs for the development of a full-sized UNDP Project Document and a GEF CEO Endorsement Request.

The selected consultants will work for an estimated duration from February to December 2014 as below:
-              Policy and Project formulation expert  (NC 01):  40 days
-              Building energy efficiency expert (NC 02): 50 days
