Dear Experts,

Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (MOFA), and UNDP Vietnam are collaborating on a 3.5 year capacity
development project entitled “Women’s Leadership: Empowerment of Women in
the period of International Integration”.  The National Women’s Leadership
project aims at strengthening women’s representation and participation at
legislative and administrative levels.

The “Institutional Leadership Programme” Component implemented by HCMA is
seeking for qualified international and Vietnamese consultants (individuals
or team) to design and implement two pilot training programmes for women
civil servants currently holding middle-management positions  (heads/vice
heads of departments/divisions):

1.    *Innovative Women’s Leadership *training programme

2.    *Mentoring Programme*

The relevant responsibilities are further described in the Terms of
Reference (TOR) and Request for Proposal attached.

Application package should specify which programme the consultants are
interested in (1 or 2) and should include CV, technical proposal, financial
proposal, and 03 writing samples in English. Please submit the application
