Dear all,

In implementing the Municipal Partners for Economic Development Program (MPED) financed by the Canada Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and Association of Cities of Vietnam seek 01 National Consultant or 01 Consultant Team (01 team leader and team members) to conduct a “Study of the Economic Impact of MPED’s Model of Land Information Management for City Governments”
The objective of the assignment is to document and compare the system of Land Administration in place in the cities of Nam Dinh, Pleiku, Thai Binh and TraVinh to provide a complete assessment of the situation to inform national and provincial authorities about the potential and constraints of the systems in place, as well as to help other cities replicate the model.
The second and main objective of the study is to document the existing and potential economic benefits (cost-saving) and impact (support to growth and prosperity) of the demonstration project in Nam Dinh, Pleiku, Thai Binh and Tra Vinh. As such, the study will provide arguments to support the expansion of the demonstration project and the replication of the model in other cities.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with DFATD of Canada procurement regulations.
