[opportunities] 2nd round of call for proposals for small sub-projects on community based DRM in SE Asia

Dear Colleagues,

Under Technical Assistance project 8570 (
http://www.adb.org/projects/47228-001/main#tabs-0-0), we have issued the 
second round of call for proposals for small sub-projects on 
community-based disaster risk management in Southeast Asian developing 
member countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, 
Thailand, and Viet Nam). 

The focus of this call for proposals is (i) linking DRM and CCA at the 
community level; and (ii) strengthening community disaster resilience in 
urban areas.  As always, gender remains a strong focus. 

Similar to the first round, the call for proposals is primarily targeted 
at CSOs. The deadline for submission is 31st January 2016.
