[opportunities] MCD is looking for consultant(s) on documentary film

Dear all,

MCD is looking for a consultant or consultant team for making 02 documentary films about roles of biosphere reserve in climate change response within the project “Biosphere Reserve as an Approach for CC resilience in the Red River Delta” funded by USAID through the Vietnam forest and delta (VFD). Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit a proposal, which should include: 

-        CVs of the consultant(s)

-        Technical and financial proposals for undertaking this job

Deadline for submission: by 17.00 July 17, 2015.

The successful proposal will be selected on a competitive basis, with considerations on quality of the technical proposal and the cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal.
