Dear all,

MCD is looking for a consultant or consultant team for a basic research of Gender transformative and Responsible Agribusiness Investment in South East Asia (GRAISEA) project. Details are here <https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6eckUiLoJHkeTlwZEJqRDd6Qmc> .

Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit a proposal, which should include: 

-        CVs of the consultant(s)

-        Technical and financial proposals for undertaking the attached TOR and Call for consultant

Deadline for submission: by 17.00 July 20, 2015.

The successful proposal will be selected on a competitive basis, with considerations on quality of the technical proposal and the cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal.
