CRS is looking for a Consultant on TRAINING ON SOFT SKILLS FOR CBDRR FACILITATORS for TOGETHER - Strengthening community resilience to natural disasters in coastal Vietnam in the attached TOR.



Requirements:



ü  Extensive experience in training communication, presentation skills; especially with training of trainer’s methodology

ü  Experience in Curricula Development

ü  Experience in the field of community based disaster risk management and climate change, gender expertise.

ü  Proven track record in the related consultancy work

ü  Experience with NGOs or international development organization is preferable.
