The Asia Foundation is seeking an IT firm to develop the Climate Change Risks Assessment Software (CCRAS). Software developers are invited to provide the Foundation with quotation regarding the CCRAS services described in the Requirements and the Scope of Work detailed in the attached TOR.

Deadline for submission is 5.00 PM (Hanoi time, GMT+7) on Thursday, 22 December 2016.
