The Institute of  Scientific Socialism Studies - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of politics (NAPA - IS) is looking for 2 consultants to compile the Handbook on "Skills for female members of People's Councils", it is under the project "Promoting the role and the participation of ethnic minorities’ women in political activities in North mountainous areas of Vietnam" of NAPA-IS, funded by Rosa Luxembourg Stifftung South East Asia
