FHI 360 Vietnam is seeking for a qualified and motivated local consultant to fill in the Harm Reduction Consultant position to provide TA and logistics support to the Department of Harm Reduction of Vietnam Administration of HIV/AIDS Control (VAAC) in the development, implementation of Harm reduction activities for HIV/AIDS (based at VAAC/Hanoi).
