YCI is looking for a contractor to drive forward the growth of a successful, award winning solution to youth unemployment across the East and Southeast Asia region.

About the role

The successful applicant will establish programmes in new locations across the region, and support and enable the growth of the programme in existing locations by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all partners at local and regional level.

The role involves extensive independent and remote working and will require frequent and extended travel, according to business requirements, at times with limited notice. The contractor must be able to travel independently to all countries in the region.

About YCI

The Youth Career Initiative (YCI) is the hotel industry's global solution to youth unemployment. By working in partnership with the world's leading hotels and non-profit partners, the programme transforms the lives of disadvantaged young people across the world by equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to take the first step in their career. The programme has seen over 4,000 young people graduate to date. Over 75% of students who graduated YCI in 2016 secured employment.
