Dear all,

MCD is looking for an consultant to conduct evaluation of the results of
district-level capacity building on developing and implementing the Climate
Change Adaptation Action Plan, within the framework of the project "Red
River Delta Adaption & Youth" (READY), funded by USAID. Details are here

Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit a profile, which should
include: 

-        CVs of the consultant (s)

-        A proposal of project evaluation plan

Deadline for submission: by 17.00 March 11, 2018.

The successful proposal will be selected on a competitive basis, with

cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal.
