SALE OF USED CAR AND MOTORBIKE

PATH is selling:

·         01 used car, Mitsubishi Pajero 7 seats, manufactured in 2002 in Vietnam. It was firstly registered in 2003 under Organization name with full tax paid. The vehicle is in good working condition.

·         01 used motorbike, Honda Future, manufactured in 2005 in Vietnam. It was firstly registered in 2005 under Organization name with full tax paid. The vehicle is in good working condition. The motorbike registration is lost.


1.      Bidding participants: No restriction

2.      Bidding method: Closed. The bidder for the highest price will be the bidding winner

3.      Bidders should complete the Bidding Form (attached), put in a sealed envelope titled “Bidding for Mitsubishi Pajero” or separately “Bidding for Honda Future”, clearly stating the bidder's name, address, telephone number, email address and submit Bidding form to: PATH, P1101, 11th floor, Hanoi Tower, 49 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi. Bidding price should be made in Vietnam Dong

4.      Bidders are requested for a deposit:

+ VND 10,000,000 (Ten million Dong) for the car

+ VND 1,000,000 (One million Dong) for the motorbike.

The above amount will be returned to unsuccessful bidders

5.      The bidding price for the car should not be less than VND 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Dong)

6.      The bidding closing date is 17h, March 12, 2020 (based on the time of direct receipt or postmark affixed on the envelope). Vehicle inspection can be made during working hours from the notice date till 11/3/2020 (Please make an appointment before arrival)

7.      The successful bidder who offers the highest bidding price will be contacted via phone and email within 5 days after the bidding closing date. If the successful bidder fails to accept the winning result within 03 days of receiving the winning notice, PATH reserves the right to cancel the winning notice, not refund the deposit and notify the runner-up bidder.

8.      The winning bidder is responsible for carrying out procedures for transferring the ownership of the vehicles and paying all related fees and taxes.

9.      The vehicles will be handed over to the successful bidder after PATH has received full bidding amount, as well as proof of ownership transfer of this vehicle to the buyer.

THÔNG BÁO BÁN XE Ô TÔ VÀ XE MÁY ĐÃ QUA SỬ DỤNG

Tổ chức PATH cần bán thanh lý:

·         01 xe ô tô nhãn hiệu Mitsubishi Pajero 7 chỗ sản xuất năm 2002 tại Việt Nam. Xe đăng ký tên Cơ quan năm 2003 và đã đóng thuế đầy đủ. Tình trạng xe còn tốt.

·         01 xe máy nhãn hiệu Honda Future sản xuất năm 2005 tại Việt Nam. Xe đăng ký tên Cơ quan và đã đóng thuế đầy đủ. Tình trạng xe còn tốt. Hiện Đăng ký xe đã thất lạc.

1.      Đối tượng mời thầu: Không hạn chế.

2.      Hình thức đấu thầu: Bỏ thầu và mở thầu kín. Người bỏ thầu cao nhất là người trúng thầu.

3.      Cách thức đấu thầu:  Người tham gia đấu thầu điền Phiếu tham dự thầu theo mẫu của PATH, và gửi trực tiếp tới: Tổ chức PATH - P1101, Tầng 11 Tháp Hà Nội, 49 Hai Bà Trưng, Quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. Phiếu tham dự thầu ghi giá đấu thầu bằng đồng Việt Nam, để trong phong bì kín, bên ngoài phong bì ghi rõ tên người tham dự, địa chỉ, số điện thoại, địa chỉ email và ghi rõ “Chào giá cho xe Mitsubishi Pajero” nếu bỏ thầu cho xe ô tô và ghi “Chào giá cho xe Honda Future” nếu bỏ thầu cho xe máy. Nếu tham gia đấu thầu cả hai xe, vui lòng bỏ riêng 2 phong bì.

4.      Đặt cọc tham dự đấu thầu:

+ 10.000.000 đồng (Mười triệu đồng) đối với xe ô tô

+ 1.000.000 đồng (Một triệu đồng) đối với xe máy.

Số tiền đặt cọc này sẽ được hoàn trả lại cho người tham dự nếu không trúng thầu.

5.      Bản chào giá cho xe ô tô nói trên không được thấp hơn 50.000.000 đ (Năm mươi triệu đồng).

6.      Thời gian đóng thầu: 17h00 ngày 12/03/2020 (tính theo thời gian ký nhận trực tiếp hoặc dấu bưu điện đóng trên phong bì thư). Thời gian xem xe trong giờ hành chính từ ngày thông báo đến hết ngày 11/3/2020 (vui lòng đặt hẹn trước khi đến)

7.      Kết quả mở thầu sẽ được thông báo tới người trúng thầu qua điện thoại và email trong vòng 5 ngày sau hạn cuối nộp thầu. Nếu người trúng thầu không đến làm thủ tục trong vòng 03 ngày sau khi nhận được thông báo, PATH có quyền hủy thông báo trúng thầu, không hoàn lại tiền đặt cọc và báo cho người bỏ giá cao tiếp theo.

8.      Người trúng thầu chịu trách nhiệm làm thủ tục và đóng các loại thuế phí liên quan đến việc chuyển đổi quyền sở hữu và lưu hành xe.

9.      Chiếc xe sẽ được giao cho người mua sau khi PATH đã nhận đủ số tiền đấu thầu, cũng như giấy tờ chứng minh đã chuyển quyền sở hữu chiếc xe cho bên mua.
