Plan International Vietnam is running a new project named "Girl ready for the future program" which is funded by Australia Government (via Plan Australian) with the goals is that "Girls of Vietnam have the agency, to be active drivers of change in realizing their economic rights in a gender responsive and safe environment". In order to generate evidences for project interventions and measurement, Plan International Vietnam is seeking for consultancy service to conduct the project baseline study in 5 project provinces including: Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Kon Tum. The duration of consultancy from mid-March to 31 May 2020.
