Cuộc họp đã được tổ chức theo dự kiến với sự tham gia của 15 tổ chức Phi 
chính phủ trong nước và Quốc tế. Viện phó Viện Khoa học Lao động và Xã 
hội (Bộ LĐTBXH) đã trình bày nội dung Đề án và trả lời các câu hỏi làm 
rõ của những người tham gia. Các Tổ chức tham gia đã đưa ra những ý kiến 
đóng góp rất cụ thể và quan trọng cho Nhóm xây dựng Đề án *(Xem biên bản

Chúng tôi rất mong sẽ tiếp tục nhận được các ‎ý  kiến đóng góp của các 
cá nhân và tổ chức vào bản thảo thứ 3 của bản Đề án để bổ sung vào biên 
bản này. Đóng góp của các Anh/Chị sẽ giúp cho bản Đề án hoàn thiện và 
thực tế hơn, đặc biệt đối với những đối tượng như: người dân tộc thiểu 
số, trẻ em và người tàn tật.

Sau khi nhận được ‎ý kiến của các Anh/Chị, chúng tôi sẽ tổng hợp thành 
một bản chính thức và gửi lại cho Bộ LĐTBXH để hoàn thiện Đề án trước 
khi trình Bộ Chính trị và Chính phủ.

Dear Colleagues,

In the morning of the 8th, July 2009, the EMWG, in collaboration with 
the Institute for Labor Science and Social Affairs (ILSA) and the 
Community Participation Network (COMPANET), organized a consultative 
meeting to provide official comments on the second draft of the Master 
plan on the System of Social Security for Rural Population, People in 
Rural Disadvantaged Areas, Mountainous and Ethnic Minority Regions.*/

The meeting was organized as scheduled with the participation of 15 
NGOs. The Deputy director General of the ILSSA presented the contents of 
the Master Plan and clarified concern and questions of the participants. 
NGOs participated in the meeting provided valuable and "straight to the 
point" comments and were highly appreciated by the technical group 
responsible for developing the Master Plan /*(please find Vietnamese 
version of the minute of meeting and other related documents) *//**/

We would like to receive your further written comments into this third 
draft of the Master Plan in order to make the Master Plan become more 
comprehensive and practical, especially for ethnic minority people, 
children and disability people before it will be submitted to the 
Politburo and the Government.

After receiving your written comments, we will compile the final 
document to officially send it to the MOLISA for their finalization of 
the Master Plan. Please send your comments to the email address:
