[Watsan-wg] Reminder of WASH Working Group Meeting on 18 May, 2PM at NGORC, F1 Building La Thanh Hotel 218 Doi Can, Hanoi

Dear Colleagues,

You are all invited to join the next NGO WASH working group meeting will 
be held on Wednesday 18th May from 2:00-4:30PM. The topic for discussion 
will be:* How NGOs can contribute to the next National Target Programme 
(2011-2015). *

This meeting is very timely, as the NTP 3 is currently under preparation 
and requires the input of NGOs in the sector. On 13-14th May a workshop 
was held in Nha Trang; "NGO Approaches to RWSS: Moving towards a 
Programme Based Approach" which many of you will have attended. One of 
the draft recommendations from that workshop asks NGOs to articulate to 
the NTP designers how they feel they can contribute to the next national 
target programme; what role should NGOs have? It is important that NGOs 
develop a strong, unified position for submission (by next month).  
Therefore your attendance at Wednesday's meeting is strongly encouraged.
