Dear Colleagues again,







As our Chairman had mentioned the deadline for WASH Working Group to
give our input/involvement to the NTP III in May and this is the only
opportunity we have to raise our voice  and secure a strategic position
in NTP III program design, planning and implementation. 


Please find out Nha Trang workshop Agenda, Recommendation and Action
plan attached here with. Our meeting this time (18 of May) will focus on
the deep discussion on agenda item will be recommendation 1.2
(highlighted in red). What are the issue we should raised? Your all
active participation to our meeting on 18 of May on this discussion is
really needed.

 

 

 As you know we were supposed to have a presentation from Rick on Red
River Delta project but we need to send an apology as the workshop
action plan is urgent. We could push his presentation to July meeting.
