<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>As you all know, the Rural Water Supply and
Sanitation National Target Program (RWSS NTP II-2006 to 2010) with the target
program budget support (TPBS) from 3 key donors of Danida, Ausaid and
Netherlands is going to finish by the end of 2010 while some of the budget for
the sector are still availble after 2010. Some donors might join the TPBS
approach. The on-going RWSS projects can continue after 2010 and
those going to finish are being considered by the donors in terms of
appraches for further financing.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The NTP II Standing Office - Water Resource
Department - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is inviting to
tenders on recruiting 6 national consultants on institution-as team leader;
rural water supply; rural sanitation; finance; planning; IEC- Community and
Gender for development of RWSS Program document for the period of
2011-2015.</FONT></DIV>
