Towards Transparency – (TT) is a young registered Vietnamese non-profit and non-state consultancy company that was established in 2008 to advance its strong commitment to contribute to government’s efforts in promoting transparency and accountability for corruption prevention and fighting in Vietnam.
TT is the official contact point of Transparency International (TI), the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption with its Secretariat based in Berlin[1]. In this capacity, TT is supporting the implementation of the TI 4- year programme in Vietnam (“Strengthening Anti-corruption Demand from Society, Public and Private Sector”, 2009-2012) by organizing and coordinating its activities.
The overall goal of the programme is to contribute to national efforts in the reducing corruption in public sector, business and society organisations. The four donors funding this programme are: DFID, Finnish Embassy, Irish Aid and Swedish Embassy in Vietnam.
To move this programme forward, TT is looking for a committed, dynamic and qualified individual with unquestionable personal ethics, to join the TT’s team to fill in the position of Administrative Officer cum Accountant. The Administrative Officer cum Accountant will be mainly responsible for general organizational support, including daily financial and personnel administration, secretarial and communication support, logistics, ICT and facilities of TT; and for daily translation and interpretation. Currently, TT team is comprised of the Executive Director and an International Senior Advisor.
Duty station: Hanoi

Duration of contract
TT offers a two -year full time contract with a comparative salary package. TT also offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and inspiring environment.
