We are looking qualified, reputable, and capable supplier to sign a Framework Contract for the provision of accommodation, conference, and event services for Save the Children Organization nationwide from 2025-2028. Please find the attached file for more details.
The selection of the supplier for the contract will be based on the evaluation criteria attached (Appendix 2).
If your company is interested, please participate in the competitive bidding by submitting a quotation dossier including:
- A copy of the Business Registration Certificate, travel license, and transport contract: 1 copy
- Request for quotation form for accommodation and conference services (Appendix 1 attached): 1 signed and stamped company copy
- Business registration, fire safety certificate, and food safety and hygiene certificate of the hotel/resort: 1 copy
- Photos, catalogues providing an overview and details of the room/conference services of the hotel/resort
- Menu for lunch/dinner/Gala dinner and menu for tea break
The competitive offer package must be received no later than 24:00 –13th Feb 2025. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

- Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
- Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
