SCOPE OF WORK
For an intensive care lecturer to develop post-eLearning course assessment questions
1. BACKGROUND |

With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships, and expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing health challenges. PATH is working with the Vietnam Administration of Medical Services (VAMS), a department of the Ministry of Health, to implement a project named Strengthening Oxygen Utilization and Respiratory Care Ecosystems (SOURCE) with 4 main activities: (1) Development of a guideline to help health facilities establish a medical oxygen system that meet medical service demand; (2) Development and deployment of an eLearning platform and eLearning program on respiratory intensive care for health workers; (3) Conducting an oxygen demand study at health facilities; and, (4) Development and deployment of an online system to monitor country level indicators including but not limited to medical devices, human resources, and technical capabilities of health facilities. This system is also called an Electronic System for Health Facility Essential Indicator Monitoring (ESIM). Under project activity two, the training program has two courses, one includes basic training topics and another is composed of advanced topics. A continuous medical education (CME) certificate for each course will be given to those who pass the respective post-course assessment test. The intensive care lecturer (ICL) will develop post-course assessment tests for the above mentioned eLearning program. |

2. CONSULTANT ACTIVITIES |

The ICL will: 1. develop a bank of self-assessment questions for 29 basic and 29 advanced lectures; and then, 2. compose post-course self-assessment sets of tests for each basic and advance training course. Requirement of the questions and tests are as below:
