Oxfam in Vietnam is seeking qualified national consultant(s) to provide training and coaching on developing DRR and CCA plans for farmers’ groups/cooperatives in the shrimp and rice value chains in the Mekong Delta in the five project provinces in the Mekong Delta (Sóc Trăng, Cà Mau, Bạc Liêu, An Giang và Kiên Giang).
