Job Description
TUVA Communication is looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Officer. The MERL Officer will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Establish the M&E framework and implementation plan for TUVA Communication’s development communication projects.
- Coordinate and execute MERL activities for the Nhà Nhiều Cột project
- Collaborate with project staff to conduct regular monitoring and evaluation activities for ongoing projects, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective reporting.
- Perform data audit, aggregation, and analysis of relevant data to produce reports and for periodic monitoring, review, and evaluation of project activities.
- Assess project impact and extract key learnings to improve future project development activities.
- Conduct preliminary research for new projects, participate in situation analyses, evaluations, and idea development, and support other research initiatives within the organization.
