Job Description: Intern _ Micro Small Entrepreneurs Support Project (MSE)

Position: Intern – Content & Design for Training Programs

Location: IECD Vietnam Office, Ho Chi Minh City

Duration: 6 months

Working time: 10.00-17.00. At least 2 days per week

Starting Date: Not later than Jun 15^th, 2025

Reporting To: MSE Project Manager

About IECD

The Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) is an international non-profit organization that has been working to promote social and economic inclusion since 1988. In Vietnam, IECD supports vocational training programs and social enterprises to empower youth and marginalized communities. We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our communications team to enhance the visibility of our projects and impact through engaging content.

The MSE Support Program provides practical training programs to help micro and small business owners enhance their management skills, optimize business operations, and achieve sustainable growth. To increase the project’s visibility and impact, we are looking for a talented intern with skills in graphic design, content creation, and multimedia production to support our Facebook page and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intern – Content & Design, you will work closely with the MSE team to:

Graphic Design for Training Programs

Design promotional materials for training courses (brochures, infographics, banners, flyers, posters, etc.).
Create visuals and graphics for Facebook posts.

Content Creation for Social Media & Marketing

Write engaging content about training programs, success stories, events, and project activities.
Assist in managing Facebook content, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and suggesting hashtags.
Edit and refine content to align with MSE’s branding and communication strategy.

Multimedia Production (Photo & Video)

Capture photos and record videos of training sessions, events, and student testimonials.
Edit short video clips for Facebook and other digital platforms.

Requirements

Students or recent graduates in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related fields.

Required skills:

Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
Photography skills to capture and edit images for social media.
Strong writing skills with a creative mindset.

Good command of English (basic translation and working with English materials is a plus)

Compensation

Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day (6 hours)
