Programme Intern

National Consultant for a Project Strategic Review and Planning for the PAR HCMC Project

UNDP has been continuously supporting PAR efforts in HCMC since 1998. Two first consecutive projects supported the city government in designing and implementing the decentralization initiative under Decentralization Decree.
