This consultancy will involve the design and facilitation of a 2 day long training for national female programme officers for UN/DP Viet Nam in Hanoi for the purpose of equipping them with leadership knowledge and skills aiming at improved opportunities for promotions within the CO and UN/DP globally

BACK GROUND The Support to Public Administration Reform in Cao Bang (SPAR-CB) is a project jointly funded by the Swiss Government and the Government of Vietnam, and technically supported by Helvetas Switzerland through its Helvetas Office in Hanoi. The goal is to support sustainable and equitable development and poverty reduction in line with the Cao Bang 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2006-2010. SPAR-CB is now in its 3 year of operation and will end until 31 December 2010.
