Foreign Mission Office based in Hanoi is looking for Administrative Officer (one year contract)
Duties: - Interpreting (Vietnamese-English) - Arranging logistical support pertaining to official and social functions and meetings for the Head of Mission - Providing secretarial and clerical services for unclassified matters for the Head of Mission - Communication with Vietnamese authorities
Requirements: - Vietnamese citizenship – Vietnamese as native language - Experience in providing secretarial and clerical support in an office environment - Fluent in English and able to communicate orally and in writing well - Good communication skills - Organizational ability
