Consultant of P135 Infrastructure Projects

Irish Aid provided €29M in budget support to P135 during the period 2007-2010. In 2011, Irish Aid provided an additional grant of €7.5M to invest in infrastructure in poor communes under P135. The funding went through an appraisal and approval process by the Government of Vietnam, and was allocated to 68 commune construction projects in 19 provinces in March 2012. In 2012, Irish Aid continued budget support to P135, which has now been integrated into of the National Targeted Programme for Sustainable Poverty Reduction 2012-2015. €5.5M has been committed for 2012.
