The Vietnam-Canada Program Support Unit (PSU) is a Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) bilateral project. Its purpose is to provide support to DFATD’s development assistance program in Vietnam in order to maximize the development results and impact of the program. Main tasks

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Pathways for Participation Project (USAID Pathways) is a five-year cooperative agreement (October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2016) funded by USAID through the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and implemented by RTI International and Care International in Vietnam. USAID Pathways aims to increase the capacity of local non-government (NGO) and community based organizations (CBOs) working with most-at-risk populations (MARPs), and people living with HIV (PLHIV) to deliver effective HIV services and to engage in programming, decision-making, and policy and advocacy efforts in response to the HIV epidemic.
