The Southeast Asia Infectious Disease Clinical Research Network (SEAICRN) has an immediate opening for a Network Director. The SEAICRN is a collaborative partnership of hospitals and research institutions in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam with the mission of advancing the scientific knowledge and clinical management of infectious diseases in Southeast Asia through collaborative clinical research. The Network was created in order to develop the necessary partnerships in the region to conduct collaborative clinical research addressing emerging threats, to increase scientific knowledge and directly contribute to improved clinical management of infectious diseases of public health importance.
The project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)", supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid, provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs, line ministries, sectors and selected provinces for implementation of the GOVN Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction 2011-2020 and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction 2012-2016.

Responsibilities and Duties
The role of the Program Manager is to oversee the daily and long-term management of the Girls Foster Home (GFH) in accordance to the organizational guidelines. The Manager will be responsible for managing the house finances within a set budget and reporting. The Manager will also be responsible for assisting the In-Country Director with the the general program management duties at HSCV. This includes the supervision and training of GFH staff (4), liaising with governmental authorities, and partner organizations, as well as receiving visitors and reporting to donors.
