People with disabilities (PWD) are one of the most disadvantaged groups in Vietnam when it comes to accessing vocational training and employment opportunities. According to the National Action Plan, 93.4% of PWD over 16 years old do not have professional qualification. Even among those who have access to vocational training, only 60% were able to find job after completion of training.
