Position and title of post: Communication and Public Relation Specialist Duration: 24 months, part-time
Background
The Field Building Leadership Initiative (FBLI): Advancing Ecohealth in South East Asia is a five year program (2012-2017), funded by the Canadian International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada which focuses on solving human health problems associated with agricultural intensification and other challenges.
PATH, through its USAID Healthy Markets project (HM) in Vietnam aims to grow a viable commercial market for HIV-related goods and services – including condoms, HIV testing and counseling (HTC), and low dead space syringes (LDSS) – that is capable of meeting the needs of populations facing the greatest risks. The project will leverage private-sector solutions, expertise, interests, and assets to identify market opportunities and catalyze market responses to the HIV epidemic. HM will support a phased transition from an environment where condoms and other related HIV prevention goods and services are predominantly subsidized, to one where non-subsidized commodities, services and distribution channels are the norm.
Learn through Play activities is practical for young child development. To build up capacity for preschool teachers in project area on how to develop and organize learning activities through playing (exploring activities the local cultural practices), Plan in Vietnam is seeking a consultant/team to conduct 2 TOT trainings for key preschool teachers on learning through play activities for children.
