The project Support to the Reform of Social Assistance System, in the period 2013-2016” (SAP), supported by The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), line ministries/sectors for improvement of the social assistance system in Vietnam.
In 2014 and 2015, SAP delivered 02 high-level summer courses on social protection, which has contributed to increasing knowledge for policymakers in MOLISA, related Ministries/agencies, Members of Parliaments; and enhanced the analytical skills of researchers and MOLISA technical staff (including central and local levels).
