Plan International’s vision is of a world in which all children realize their full potential in societies that respect people’s rights and dignity. A 3 year project titled “Quality Pre-Primary and Primary Education for Ethnic Minority Students in North and Central Regions of Vietnam” with fund from Japan has been implemented by Plan International Vietnam in Lai Chau and Kon Tum since October 2016 and is planned to be implemented until the end of October 2019.
Anh Chi Em (ACE) is a social microfinance program, established in 2007 under the financial/technical support of Entrepreneur du Monde (EdM)- a French INGO. The program provides financial and non-financial services for the clients in Dien Bien and Muong Ang districts, Dien Bien province. The target beneficiaries of the program are poor/near poor and vulnerable people in the remote mountainous areas. In 2019, the program will expand operation in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province.
