Founded in August 2001 by the government of Quang Tri Province and international NGOs, Project RENEW is a cooperative program dedicated to addressing the two legacies of war – Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and Agent Orange (AO) – remaining in the province since the war ended in 1975. Project RENEW now embraces major pillars of mine action, including UXO Survey and Clearance, Mine Risk Education and Victim Assistance, with the mission of making Quang Tri safe. Project RENEW is currently seeking a qualified audit firm to provide financial audit service for the programs of project as described in the ToR attached.

Tackling Modern Slavery in Vietnam (TMSV) Project is funded by the UK Home Office and implemented by a consortium composed of International Organisation of Migration (IOM), British Council and World Vision. IOM is the consortium lead. The goal of this project is to end modern slavery in Viet Nam through changing behaviour, increasing prosecutions and supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of potential and actual victims of human trafficking. TMSV Project is expected to achieve the following three broad impact areas:
The Open Development Initiative (ODI) is an open data and information network developed by East-West Management Institute, Inc. (EWMI) that sheds light on development trends in the Mekong Region. ODI’s objective is to increase public awareness, enable individual analysis, improve information sharing, and inform rigorous debate – all contributing to the sustainable development of the region from a social, economic and environmental perspective. Our regional platform (http://www.opendevelopmentmekong.net/) has been established and now has active partners in all countries across the Mekong.
