In collaboration with and under the technical supervision of Finance Coordinator, to ensure that the financial policies and procedures, control and system in the Southern Area Office are followed/ implemented properly in accordance with Save the Children, donor regulations and government laws. Together with Budget Holders/Project Managers and under the technical supervision from Finance Coordinator in Hanoi to support local partners in financial management to ensure that sub-grants are implemented properly, and that reports are timely and accurately submitted to Southern Area office.
Sponsorship Senior Child Safeguarding (CSG) Officer is an organisational priority as we ensure that Sponsorship program is transparent and safe for children. Given the growing portfolio, as well as number of sponsored children, and children participating in the programs, the need has arisen to have a fulltime Senior Child Safeguarding Officer in place in the Country Office to ensure total compliance of the CSG policy, standards and protocol by all Save the Children staff, partners, vendors and representatives affiliated with the Sponsorship.
