ChildFund Vietnam is looking for consultant(s) for project “Strengthening capacity to respond and adapt to DRR and climate change for ethnic minority people in Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province. The consultant(s) is responsible for supporting villages for complete DRR plan, consolidate 4 DRR plans at commune level, develop content and organise communication to raise awareness of DRR and climate change for community.
