Community Development Center (CDC) is a local Civil Society Organization, working for the purpose of converging all knowledge values, resources for the prosperous development of the community. The organization was established on October 10, 2010 under the Decision No. 6001081517 Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak province, Vietnam.
In recent years, CDC has implemented activities in many provinces in Vietnam, contributing to sustainable development and social inclusion through capacity building, policy advocacy, promotion initiatives and opportunities for vulnerable groups so that they can actively gain livelihoods sustainably.

Orbis is a leading NGO that has been a pioneer in the prevention and treatment of blindness for almost all 40 years. Orbis transforms lives by delivering the skills, resources and knowledge needed to provide accessible quality eye care. In Vietnam, Orbis has been providing the highest level of expertise to support the development of eye care services and blindness prevention– especially in the areas of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), pediatric and Diabetic Retinopathy services and in establishing an eye bank. Since 2015, Orbis has worked to strengthen the eye health system in the country, focusing on the quality of services and human resources.
