UN Women Vietnam is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) Consultant to strengthen and implement the MER system of the UN Women programmes and build internal capacity of programme staff to ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of UN Women workplan and programmes.
Duration: 18 months with the maximum of 250 working days
The "Vietnam Action Against Plastic Pollution" Project (hereby called “the USAID’s VnAAPP Project”) is an innovative and ambitious program designed to reduce ocean plastic pollution at its source in Vietnam through strategic approaches such as convening stakeholders' power, promoting the creation and implementation of data-driven policies, enhancing knowledge sharing, promoting appropriately scaled technology and solutions, and providing technical expertise and capacity building of local governments to manage waste at its source and prevent plastic waste pollution leakages into our oceans.

As the captive animal welfare administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Captive Wildlife Department Manager, attending and taking meeting minutes during key meetings with programme partners and supporting the department manager to undertake other administrative duties. You will also provide on-site translation support and document translation support to the elephant welfare advisor based in Yok Don National Park.
