The Capacity Development Working Group (CDWG) was established as a non-governmental organisation initiative to seek to achieve benefits from collaboration in capacity development initiatives which are focused on improving the lives of vulnerable people.
It consists of local Vietnamese and international non-governmental organisations working in Vietnam, mass organisations, professionals and other Vietnamese community groups. Other relevant agencies and organisations, such as United Nations bodies and specialised agencies, government ministries and organisations, research institutes and experts, are warmly welcome to participate.
