05 Positions of Human Resources Consultant for Establishment Business Models of SME

The Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development (IPSARD) is assigned as an implementation agency for the SMEs project with Project Management Unit (PMU) based in the Institute. In order to deploy the activities of phase II + III, PMU is looking for experienced and qualified Vietnamese candidates for 05 positions of Human resources consultant for establishment business models of SME for those following activities:

Activity 1: Review legal regulations to consult establish two SME enterprises.
Activity 2: Identify the organizational structure of the two companies
Activity 3: Construct business plan of the trading company
Activity 4: Construct Term of Reference for the key management positions of the two companies
Activity 5: Construct operation regulations for the two companies

Salary: Competitive and negotiable
