Administration Officer

World  Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the position ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (1 position), work base: Hanoi.

Main  Responsibilities: The position supports the ministry of WV Vietnam in maintaining  a  high  level  of  support  services  in  the  area of office administration.  It  will  also  assist  the  Finance,  Administration & IT Director  in  managing  and coordinating administrative functions to ensure that the office properties are maintained, secured and properly managed.

Requirements:
- College/University graduate in any field.
- Three year’s relevant experience in office administration.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge  of  office  machines,  such  as  fax,  telephone  system, and photocopier is an advantage.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview and emotional maturity.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.

World   Vision  Vietnam  is  a  Christian  non-government  organization.
