WWO’s vision is to transform the lives of orphaned children around the world. WWO is a U.S.-based NGO that provides medical and psychosocial care and treatment, and educational and arts programs for orphaned and vulnerable children, including those living with HIV/AIDS.  In Vietnam, WWO currently works with children in orphanages at Linh Xuan in HCMC, Vung Tau, and Social Labor Training Center #2 in Ba Vi.  WWO staff physicians support physicians and nurses at the orphanages in clinical management for palliative care and ART treatment for children, including treatment of opportunistic infections.  WWO brings experienced doctors with extensive pediatrics HIV/AIDS treatment experience to mentor health professionals in Vietnam.  WWO provides psychosocial services to help children in their development, which aim to address the developmental and psychological effects of HIV and institutional care.  We have programs to help integrate HIV infected and affected children into the community and public school, and to reduce stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS.  WWO is expanding its programs for children, capacity building programs for caretakers and social workers, and support of networks to support children and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Welcome guests and answer telephone.
- Ensure filing system and all correspondence are managed appropriately and effectively. Maintain office system, e.g. IT, office facilities, telephone lines, etc.
- Responsible for office supply and equipments
- Translating and interpreting (if necessary)
- Provide  logistics assistance to program activities, e.g. booking tickets, hotels, arranging meeting, visa, collecting lab test results, quotations, etc.
- Ensure the working time table and relating documents are kept track and posted on WWO files.
- Other related duties as necessary to ensure effective operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Have a relevant University degree or subject related to work to fulfill the requirements for the position
- At least three year of experience in admin work.
- Have experience in working with INGO
- Good command of English and Vietnamese skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening comprehension is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, happy to work with HIV/ AIDS children, friendly
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power point
