Administrative Officer

Institute of Population, Health and Development (PHAD), a Viet Nam NGO - member of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) bases in Hanoi, is looking for Administrative Officer (two year contract with possible extension)

Duties:
- Switchboard operating.
- Providing secretarial and clerical tasks
- Arranging passport, visa, hotel, airticket etc
- Assisting workshop, training organization
- Providing support in financial management and accounting when requested.
- Translating (Vietnamese-English & vice versa)
- Providing assistance to settle unclassified matters when requested.

Requirements:
- Resident of Hanoi
- Graduated from colleges/junior colleges of foreign language; faculty of
- English is preferable.
- English fluently in speaking, reading and translating
- Organizational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and others.
- Enthusiastic, honest, active
- Ability to work independently or in group.
- Having an inquiring mind.
- Good communication skills.
- Having accounting experience is an advantage.

Type of contract:
- Full time, start immediately
- Fixed-term contract

Benefit:
Salary: To be negotiated (initially 1,800,000.00 VND/month).
- Having social insurance, health insurance as per Vietnam Law of Labour.
- 2 year contract after 2 months of probation, and may be extended.
- Annual salary increase (based on performance), bonus
- Having opportunity to take part in training/capacity building activities of PHAD.
- Having opportunity to take part in research and project activities of PHAD
- when getting appropriate experiences.
