Call for Expressions of Interest

The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), is inviting submissions of Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced International Organisations to enter into a strategic partnership with the New Zealand Aid Programme and the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee for the purposes of successfully
developing and implementing a programme aimed at improving the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Childhood Development (ECD) for ethnic minority children in Gia Lai province. The selected applicant organisation will be required to complete the draft Project design document, provide technical assistance to implement the Project and provide quality assurance of activities over the lifetime of the Project.
