Consultancy for OVC Case Management Curricula Developer

FHI Viet Nam with funding from PEPFAR/USAID is coordinating the development of standardized case management training for orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC).  A consultant is sought to coordinate submission from session authors and prepare a cohesive, edited and formatted curriculum.

Scope of work: 

The consultant will - 
1) Work with a team of USG and USG partners to develop the first draft of the OVC curriculum
2) Submit the first draft to the PEPFAR OVC team for review
3) Prepare a second draft based on inputs from the review team
4) Support the pre-testing of the curricula. This may include participating as a key trainer during the ToT
5) Based on inputs from key session developers/trainers and feedback from ToT trainees, revised the curricula and submit the third round of curricula.

Selection Criteria:
- Curricula development and formatting experience
- Training and adult learning experience
- Experience in children’s programming, HIV or social work
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, initiative, and good judgment.
- Excellent writing, computer, management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
