Consultant for Strategic Planning Process

Education for Development (EFD) in HCMC is looking for a consultant to support us with their Strategic Planning process.
The goal of the short term assignment is to assess EFD as an organization, to determine its strengths and weaknesses and in conjunction with the information gathered on EFDs environment draft some scenario’s for EFDs future direction.
