The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is seeking highly experienced and qualified consultants to conduct a diagnostic survey on cultural statistics in Vietnam, coordinate training and consultation workshops and identify next steps toward the development of a national framework for cultural statistics.
