Dissemination Meeting in HCM City from COMINGO

The Vietnam Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization
Affairs (COMINGO) would like to invite you to a dissemination meeting
in Ho Chi Minh City this Thursday. The meeting will be organized
primarily for those foreign non-governmental organizations (INGOs)
that are working in the southern provinces of Vietnam. Please see
enclosed the invitation letter from COMINGO.

COMINGO organized a similar meeting for INGOs based in Hanoi earlier
this year. The coming meeting will be an opportunity for INGOs who
were unable to attend the meeting in Hanoi to join and learn about
socio-economic situation and INGOs' activities in 2009, as well as
future plans and most recent update on relevant regulations.
