Health Partnership Group Administrator; Health Partnership Group Coordinator

1. Health Partnership Group Administrator
WHO is seeking a highly-qualified national consultant who can provide support to the Department of International Co-operation (ICD) in the Ministry of Health (MOH) in its efforts to strengthen donor
co-ordination and improve aid effectiveness in the health sector. The main roles of the consultant will be to support the HPG coordinator in promoting greater policy dialogue in the health sector and ensuring the smooth operations of the Health Partnership Group (HPG).
The successful candidate will work in the Ministry of Health, under the supervision of the HPG coordinator, and report to the Director of ICD.
He or she will not be a formal WHO employee. A consultant contract will be issued by WHO, with remuneration will be based on experience. The initial contract will be for a period of 6 months, with possibility of extension. Payments will be made twice in VND, once halfway and once at the end of the contract, upon the delivery, linked to a set of deliverables (see TORs attached):
